Hexarelin (5mg)

Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide analog of ghrelin, structurally similar to GHRP-6 but with an added methyl group for enhanced stability, acting as a potent, long-acting agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). With a molecular weight of 887.05 g/mol, it potently stimulates pulsatile GH release and has been extensively documented for cardioprotective and myoprotective effects mediated through GHS-R1a and CD36 receptor binding. In models of cardiac ischemia and cachexia, it protects cardiomyocytes from apoptosis, reduces infarct size, improves cardiac function, and protects skeletal muscle from mitochondrial damage and calcium dysregulation, while also improving lipid profiles in dyslipidemia and diabetes models.
